Deposition, De Bene Esse Examinations & Trials

Brannek Video Productions has extensive experience filming depositions, De Bene Esse examinations and court room proceedings in Manitoba for many Canadian & US law firms and deposition services.

  • Hourly rate: $100.00

  • Hourly rate includes:

  • - Filming with Panasonic HMC-150 High Definition Video Camera
    - (3) external wireless microphones
    - Shotgun table top microphone
    - Audio Mixer
    - Tripod
    - Secondary Backup Hard Drive recording
    - Travel to and from location
    - (1) copy of each deposition in MP4 format available via cloud upload
    - (1) copy of each deposition archived at Brannek Video Productions

  • Minimum charge of 3 hours (beginning 30 min prior to depo start and ending 15min after depo end for setup and take down of equipment on location).

  • Quarter hour charge billed at the beginning of every 15 minutes after the     first 3 hours.

  • DVD copies upon request are $35.00 each (plus $10.00 per extra disc if depo is multi-disc in length).

  • Parking, meals and taxes are extra.

  • Payment by cheque or etransfer.
